Menopause in the Worksplace
Building Awareness, Confidence and Support

Menopause is a natural stage of life that many employees will experience and it is vital to understand how it can affect psychological, emotional and physical health. This empowering session workshop is designed to explain the fundamentals of menopause - what it is, why it happens and how symptoms can affect women at work.
In this session we also talk about legislative requirements, how employers can support women through peri-menopause and menopause, and suggested adjustments that can be made in the workplace.
This two-hour session should be delivered in all workplaces and made available to everyone, and it is especially important that managers attend so they understand the practical and legal aspects of supporting colleagues through this time.
As a manager, I now feel much more confident having supportive conversations with my team about menopause.
